Associate Sales Manager - Bancassurance

This role focuses on driving sales of insurance products through bancassurance channels. The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. This position requires a strong understanding of insurance products and sales techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with bank partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance or financial services.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to motivate and coach a team.
Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
