ServiceMax Developer

This role focuses on developing and maintaining ServiceMax solutions to optimize field service operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ServiceMax configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. They will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceMax applications to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize ServiceMax to align with business requirements.
Develop custom objects, workflows, and integrations within ServiceMax.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceMax related issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
Maintain documentation of ServiceMax configurations and customizations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceMax developer.
Strong understanding of ServiceMax configuration and customization.
Experience with Apex and Visualforce (or Lightning Web Components) is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
