Manager Internal Auditor

This role involves overseeing and conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes within the organization. The Internal Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and identifying areas for improvement in operational efficiency and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with the audit plan and risk assessment.
Evaluate internal controls and identify weaknesses or gaps.
Document audit findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the internal audit methodology.
Provide advisory services to management on risk management and internal control matters.
Stay abreast of relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Significant experience in internal auditing, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
