Senior Manager - Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead and mentor a team of engineers. This role will be instrumental in driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

12-17 years of experience in software engineering.
Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with designing and developing scalable and distributed systems.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
