Site Engineer

This role involves overseeing and coordinating on-site activities for engineering projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing resources, resolving technical challenges, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating on-site construction activities.
Ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Supervising and guiding construction teams.
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or issues.
Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
Resolving technical challenges and providing solutions.
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Preparing and submitting regular progress reports.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Experience in site engineering or construction management.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software.
Experience with BMS systems is a plus.
