Senior Planning Manager

This role is focused on overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning and execution within a dynamic construction environment. The Senior Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project schedules, identifying potential risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks.
Monitor project progress and proactively address deviations from the plan.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements/Qualifications

Significant experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
Proven ability to develop and manage complex project schedules.
