Technical Lead - Automation

This role is focused on leading and executing automation strategies to enhance software development processes and product quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, a deep understanding of automation frameworks, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of automation engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in software development and automation.
Strong experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
