Team Lead - SFRP Back Office

This role involves leading a team responsible for supporting back-office operations related to SFRP (Supplemental Retirement Funds Plan). The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, maintaining high levels of customer service, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the back-office team.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
