System Administrator

This role involves managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. The System Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from troubleshooting technical issues to implementing new systems and upgrades, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining server infrastructure.
Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Implementing and maintaining security protocols.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Performing regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Managing user accounts and access permissions.
Installing and configuring new software and hardware.
Documenting system configurations and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in system administration.
Strong understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Familiarity with security best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
