Senior Property Accountant - US GAAP

The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with US GAAP, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements related to property assets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in property accounting.
Strong understanding of US GAAP.
Proficiency in accounting software.
