Collection Analyst

This role focuses on managing and resolving outstanding financial obligations, ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy financial records. The Collection Analyst will be responsible for proactively contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize collection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze customer accounts to identify overdue payments.
Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to discuss outstanding balances and arrange payment plans.
Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers.
Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve payment issues.
Identify and escalate complex or high-risk accounts for further review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
