RTR SME UK US Shift

This role involves supporting Release Train Engineer (RTR) responsibilities within an Agile environment, specifically focusing on teams supporting UK and US clients. The RTR SME will facilitate and coordinate the execution of program-level events and activities, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of value.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate and coordinate program-level events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Work closely with Agile teams, Release Trains, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Manage and track program-level risks and dependencies.
Support the Program Increment (PI) planning process.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of program-level documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
Experience supporting teams working with international clients.
