Commission-Based HR Recruiter

This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various positions within client organizations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
Screening resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability.
Conducting initial interviews to evaluate skills and experience.
Matching candidates to client requirements and job descriptions.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.
Providing ongoing support to both clients and candidates.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
