Treasury Application Support Analyst

This role focuses on providing support and maintenance for treasury applications, ensuring their smooth operation and alignment with business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize the treasury systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide application support and troubleshooting for treasury systems.
Analyze and resolve system issues, escalating as needed.
Participate in the implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
Develop and maintain documentation related to treasury applications.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure system alignment.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in user training and onboarding.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in application support.
Experience with treasury applications is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
