Specialist System Engineer - MS Exchange

This role focuses on the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange environments. The Specialist System Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Exchange systems, while also providing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers and related infrastructure.
Implement and configure Exchange features, including mailboxes, distribution groups, and public folders.
Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange-related issues, including connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
Monitor Exchange system performance and proactively identify and address potential problems.
Develop and maintain Exchange documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
Participate in the planning and execution of Exchange upgrades and migrations.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange environments.
Strong understanding of Exchange architecture, including Active Directory integration.
Experience with Exchange PowerShell scripting.
Knowledge of email security protocols and best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
