BI Developer

This role focuses on developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Design and build data models and schemas to support business intelligence requirements.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize data and track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in business intelligence development and data warehousing.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
