Land Acquisition Coordinator

This role involves supporting land acquisition activities for various projects. The Land Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land parcels, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and contributing to the successful execution of project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying potential land parcels suitable for project development.
Conduct preliminary site assessments and due diligence.
Coordinate with legal counsel and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with land acquisition regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of land acquisition activities.
Support negotiations with landowners and stakeholders.
Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Manage communication and build relationships with local communities.
Track progress and provide regular updates to the project team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5 to 8 years of experience in land acquisition or a related role.
Strong understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
