GCP Data Engineer

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Data Engineer will be responsible for ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using GCP services.
Design and implement data models and schemas.
Ensure data quality and integrity through monitoring and validation.
Optimize data storage and processing for performance and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to meet their data needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
Experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage.
Familiarity with data modeling techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
