Field Deployment O-M Support Engineers

This role involves providing on-site support and deployment assistance for operational management (O-M) systems. The Field Deployment O-M Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation and ongoing functionality of these systems within various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure O-M systems at client sites.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for O-M related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
Document deployment processes and configurations.
Train client personnel on system usage.
Perform system maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.
Experience with system deployment and configuration.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
