Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

This role involves providing expert consulting services for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations and support. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective HCM solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet client requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Document configurations, processes, and training materials.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and updates.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM consultant.
Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and customization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with data migration and integration.
