AR Caller - International Voice Process

This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to support revenue cycle management processes for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls related to patient billing inquiries.
Verifying patient insurance information and eligibility.
Following up on outstanding patient balances.
Resolving billing discrepancies and addressing patient concerns.
Documenting all interactions accurately and thoroughly.
Adhering to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Freshers are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a night shift environment.
Basic computer literacy.
