Sr. Merchandiser - Hi Fashion Garment

This role focuses on managing and optimizing the merchandising strategy for a high-fashion garment brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product assortment, pricing, and presentation align with brand objectives and market trends, ultimately driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization.
Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to ensure product alignment with brand vision.
Oversee visual merchandising and presentation of products in retail environments.

Requirements/Qualifications

6 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the fashion or garment industry.
Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
