AR Calling Denials

This role focuses on resolving accounts receivable (AR) denials through proactive communication and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with various stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve AR denials by contacting payers and internal stakeholders.
Analyze denial trends to identify root causes and recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of denial resolutions and related documentation.
Collaborate with billing and coding teams to ensure accurate claim submissions.
Follow up on outstanding payments and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Strong understanding of AR processes and denial management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
