Team Lead Manager Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
