Accounts Receivable Caller

This role focuses on managing and resolving outstanding accounts receivable balances through proactive communication with patients and insurance providers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact patients and insurance companies to collect outstanding payments.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Document all communication and payment arrangements accurately.
Follow up on payment promises and escalate unresolved accounts as needed.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
