HR Compliance Head

This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the organization's adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. The HR Compliance Head will develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide guidance to management and employees on compliance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR compliance programs and policies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and training to management and employees on compliance matters.
Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and complaints.
Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations.
Manage relationships with regulatory agencies.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of compliance activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in HR compliance, preferably in the fashion or export industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience conducting audits and investigations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
