Business Finance FP A TM

This role involves supporting the financial planning and analysis functions within a dynamic organization. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills to contribute to accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Analyze financial data and identify trends and variances.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2 to 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
