Associate IT Operations Analyst

This role supports the IT operations team in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of critical systems and infrastructure. The Associate IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the implementation of IT solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

1 to 4 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
Experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
