Immigration Specialist

This role focuses on providing comprehensive immigration support and guidance to ensure smooth and compliant visa processes for employees and their families. The Immigration Specialist will be responsible for managing various immigration cases, advising on immigration regulations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of immigration cases, from initial assessment to approval.
Advise and guide employees and their families on immigration matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare and submit immigration petitions, applications, and other required documentation.
Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and regulations and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Human Resources and Legal, to ensure alignment and efficient processes.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all immigration cases.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in immigration law and practice.
Strong understanding of US immigration laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience working with global mobility programs is a plus.
