Fabric Quality Incharge

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of fabrics used in home furnishing products. The Fabric Quality Incharge will oversee the entire quality control process, from raw material inspection to final product assessment, guaranteeing adherence to established standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming fabrics for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify and address quality issues.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality concerns and improve fabric quality.
Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections and testing results.
Train and supervise quality control personnel.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to fabric quality.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in fabric quality control, preferably in the home furnishing industry.
Strong knowledge of fabric types, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with quality control testing equipment and techniques.
