Senior Azure Data Engineer with Azure DevOps

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and solutions within the Azure cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong data engineering skills, experience with Azure DevOps practices, and a passion for delivering high-quality data solutions that drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other relevant Azure services.
Implement data warehousing solutions and optimize data models for performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Implement and maintain data quality and governance processes.
Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment of data engineering solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and infrastructure.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
Solid understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline design.
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
