Assistant Manager - Costing

This role involves overseeing and optimizing costing processes within a manufacturing environment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost calculations, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze production costs and identify areas for reduction.
Develop and maintain costing models and standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in costing or financial analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in cost accounting principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
