Senior Analyst - Procure to Pay Operations

This role focuses on supporting and optimizing procure-to-pay processes within a dynamic organization. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute procure-to-pay processes, including purchase requisition creation, purchase order generation, and invoice processing.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
Support internal and external audits related to procure-to-pay processes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of experience in procure-to-pay operations.
Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
