Total Rewards Manager - EMEA

This role focuses on developing and implementing total rewards programs for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and competitive market practices. The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for managing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity programs.
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Develop and implement recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee contributions.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive pay and benefits.
Partner with HR Business Partners to address employee inquiries and resolve issues.
Manage vendor relationships for benefits and compensation services.
Contribute to the development of total rewards strategies and policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Significant experience in total rewards management, preferably in a multinational organization.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with HRIS systems.
