Franchise Executive

This role involves developing and managing franchise partnerships to expand the reach of Dr. Joshi's Holistic Healthcare Research Center. The Franchise Executive will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and supporting franchise owners, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and driving business growth within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential franchise candidates.
Recruit and onboard new franchise owners.
Provide ongoing support and training to franchise owners.
Monitor franchise performance and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive franchise sales.
Manage franchise agreements and renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in franchise management or business development.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
