Sr Manager Sales and Business Development

This role is focused on driving business growth and expanding market presence within the cargo and transport sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cargo and transport industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals (if applicable).
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in sales and business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the cargo and transport industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
