PLM Solution Architect Manager

This role involves leading the design, implementation, and support of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions for our clients. The Solution Architect Manager will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical designs, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of PLM systems. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of PLM solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop and implement PLM strategies.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Manage and mentor a team of PLM consultants.
Ensure the successful deployment and adoption of PLM systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest PLM technologies and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (14-19 years) in PLM implementation and support.
Strong understanding of PLM principles and best practices.
Experience with leading PLM projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with various PLM platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
