Lead Workday Finance Functional Consultant

This role involves leading and delivering Workday Finance implementations and support services. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for guiding project teams, ensuring successful deployments, and providing expert guidance on Workday Finance functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Workday Finance implementation projects from inception to completion.
Configure and customize Workday Finance modules to meet client requirements.
Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams.
Develop and maintain Workday Finance documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Finance issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (8-12 years) in Workday Finance implementation and support.
Strong understanding of Workday Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
Proven ability to lead and manage project teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Workday Studio or other integration tools is a plus.
