Senior Quality Analyst

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications and systems. The Senior Quality Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to identify and resolve defects, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in quality assurance and testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with BPO processes is a plus.
