Mainframe Development Practitioner

This role focuses on developing and maintaining mainframe applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mainframe technologies and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing mainframe applications.
Troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Maintaining and enhancing existing mainframe systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in mainframe development.
Proficiency in COBOL or similar mainframe programming languages.
Understanding of JCL and VSAM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
