Network Operations Lead

This role focuses on leading and managing network operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. The Network Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing improvements to enhance network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily network operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
Implement and maintain network security protocols.

Develop and maintain network documentation.
Manage and mentor junior network operations staff.

Requirements/Qualifications:

10 to 16 years of experience in network operations.
Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
Experience with network security best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with network monitoring tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
