SAP IS-U FICA Specialist - Implementation & Support

This role involves providing expert implementation and support services for SAP IS-U FICA modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FICA configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the FICA system.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP IS-U FICA modules to meet business requirements.
Perform unit, integration, and regression testing of FICA configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve FICA-related issues in production environments.
Develop and maintain FICA documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of FICA with other systems.
Participate in the design and implementation of new FICA functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the FICA system.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in SAP IS-U FICA implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U FICA configuration and functionality.
Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ABAP debugging is a plus.
