Associate System Analyst

This role involves providing support and analysis for critical systems, ensuring their efficient operation and alignment with business needs. The Associate System Analyst will work closely with various teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing user needs and translating them into technical specifications.
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
Developing and maintaining system documentation.
Participating in system testing and validation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for optimization.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in a system analyst or related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with system analysis and design methodologies.
Familiarity with Veeva Vault is a plus.
