Dy Manager Costing

This role involves overseeing and optimizing costing processes within a manufacturing or engineering environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing costs, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring accurate cost reporting to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain costing models and standards.
Analyze production costs and identify variances.
Provide cost estimates for new products and projects.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams.
Implement cost reduction initiatives.
Prepare cost reports and presentations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in costing or cost accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in cost accounting principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
