Product Design Manager

This role focuses on leading the design of innovative products and features, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the development lifecycle. The Product Design Manager will be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of designers.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems.
