IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support our growing technology teams. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Managing the offer process and negotiating compensation packages.
Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
