Accounts Receivable Specialist

This role focuses on managing and maintaining the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and overdue accounts.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts receivable.
