DevOps Tech Lead

This role is focused on leading and guiding DevOps initiatives within a dynamic and growing organization. The DevOps Tech Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems and infrastructure, while fostering a collaborative and automation-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize workflows.
Implement and maintain security best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Solid understanding of networking principles.
