Site Planning Engineer

This role involves overseeing and managing the planning and development of sites for real estate projects. The Site Planning Engineer will be responsible for ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, contributing to the successful execution of real estate ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review site plans, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
Manage site surveys, geotechnical investigations, and environmental assessments.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
6 to 11 years of experience in site planning and development.
Strong knowledge of site planning principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
