MIS and Quality Lead

This role focuses on leading and managing the Management Information Systems (MIS) and quality assurance functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and adherence to quality standards, contributing to informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement MIS strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support decision-making.
Lead and mentor a team of MIS and quality professionals.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure data integrity and security through robust quality control measures.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and maintain MIS systems and databases.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in MIS and quality management roles.
